working together

To create the exhibition proposal we worked together as a group of four students.  This way of working and learning was interesting and difficult; after all we all understood how it is to work at different times, styles and with different expectations and consequences.  It is important that we became familiar with the variety of group work scenarios that we were encounter in order to get the most out of this experience.
There are many advantages to working together, for example - working together is taking collective responsibility for a successful exhibition proposal.
I am glad that I came to the group (Beverley, Eve, Barbara and I) and didn’t staying with Jen in group of only two of us.  I probably will be in troubles staying with her. She misses a lot of study days.
Learning together is learning to explain and express yourself to others in the group, including negotiating skills, experiencing team-building, experiencing collaboration and cooperation, learning to work with others under pressure.
Working together as a group provided to all of us with skills to listen others, negotiate, lead, tolerate, learn about others, manage, respect, collaborate, trust, think critically, think out loud, defend thoughts, share, cooperate, present, support, and build team.
