Have you seen my intervention at the Albert Dock? I'm an art student btw. I was advised by my tutor Geoff Molyneux to get as much feedback as possible. Could you please leave comments/ jokes etc!

Reminds me of the practice of leaving flowers by the roadside when someone has been killed. In this case either celebrating a successful proposal (locks as a metaphor for marriage?), or an act of sadness after getting dumped at this spot.
