Stuffed yorkshires

Add the rice to a saucepan of boiling water with a pinch of salt (boil for 11-16 minutes). Drain the rice.

Chop finely the onions and garlic and add it to the mince with the black pepper, 2 eggs, a pinch of salt and the mixed herbs.
Mix the cooked rice and mince together.

Spoon the mince and rice mixture into the yorkshires.

Stand them all up on a baking dish so they support each other or try a cake/muffin tray so the tray supports the yorkshires.
Place in a 190 C / Gas 4 oven, cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven 40 minutes.
