At Gloucester Docks is filming now Tim Burton’s “Alice in Wonderland: Through the Looking Glass” starring Johnny Depp.
We’ll have a while before we can see the finished film as it is not due to hit cinemas until 2016, but in the meanwhile you can see things taking shape down at the docks. Five tall ships have sailed in for the occasion and props and scenery are being set up around the warehouses, which despite recent regeneration still give a pleasingly authentic backdrop.
